Who Am I?

Wanda is a Certified Trauma Informed Coach, a Mind-Body (Somatic) Coach, and has also recently completed taking Somatic EMDR Therapy Certification with the Embody Lab, so that she can integrate both Somatics and EMDR into her coaching practice.

A complex trauma survivor herself, Wanda also identifies with being a narcissistic abuse survivor, which is what led to her finding out that she had CPTSD. The feeling of being blindsided by the discovery inspired Wanda to want to help fellow survivors by spreading awareness, which she’s done for the past eight years as an online mental health advocate for survivors of narcissistic abuse and CPTSD. What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative relationship between Coach and Client that is designed to support the Client in achieving their goals, addressing concerns, and exploring personal growth and development. The Coach creates a safe space for the Client to internally reflect, which empowers them to unlock their full potential, guiding them towards a life filled with purpose, resilience, and success. The Client creates personal, professional and/or business goals, then develops and implements plans for achieving those goals, often unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership in the process.
