The Wounded Helper | 4 Year Channel/Blogversary
It’s been a little over 4 years since I decided I was going to start the Poking Holes blog and then I started making videos on YouTube with the Poking Holes channel.
I have done all of this to help other people get to a place where they can gain some awareness and realize they have cptsd, or have been dealing with a narcissist, and can then begin their healing journey.
I wish to learn all I need to so I can continue to help people like me. I wish I was capable of doing more, and one day I hope to be in a place where I can do that.
One thing I didn’t mention in the video is that if I do pursue furthering my education about trauma, even if is to get coaching certification, I will stop hiding my identity and truly step out of the shadows. One day. It’s only a matter of time. It might even come before I reach 5k subs. ?
