The new upstairs neighbour banged on the floor when I was playing music and making coffee in the kitchen!

OMG, I was so triggered!

My music wasn’t even that loud. It was playing on my phone and it doesn’t go that loud. If I really want to play some music I use my blue tooth speaker.

My narcissistic mother used to do that when I had the bedroom in the basement below the livingroom. “Turn that music down!”, she’d scream while pounding on the floor with her foot.
