About CPTSD Warrior
CPTSD Warrior is a survivor-led space for CPTSD awareness, advocacy, and support through the healing journey.
My name is Wanda, and I created CPTSD Warrior as a place where survivors can feel less alone, more understood, and supported as they find their way through healing.
After years of living with symptoms I didn’t fully understand, discovering CPTSD helped me begin to make sense of my experiences and the ways complex trauma had shaped my life. This website grew out of that journey.
Through CPTSD Warrior, I share:
• CPTSD awareness and information to help people better understand what they may be experiencing
• survivor-led reflections and advocacy about what it’s really like to live with complex PTSD
• pieces of my own healing journey, along with resources and practices I’ve learned and found helpful along the way
Healing from complex trauma is not linear, and it is not something we rush. My intention is not to fix anyone or provide all the answers. CPTSD Warrior is a place to land and breathe, a place to feel understood without judgment.
Alongside my lived experience, I bring a strong foundation of trauma-informed and somatic education.
I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, Certified Somatic Coach, and a qualified educator. My training has helped deepen my understanding of complex trauma, nervous system regulation, and body-based approaches to healing.
I bring that knowledge into CPTSD Warrior through a survivor-led lens, sharing what I have learned in ways that are accessible, grounded, and connected to real lived experience.
CPTSD Warrior is part of a larger ecosystem of survivor-led and trauma-informed work.
Trauma Informed Education Services (TIES) at traumainformededucationservices.com, is where I offer more structured education and professional learning about complex trauma, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care.
CPTSD Warrior Healing Society, at cptsdwarriorhealingsociety.com, is the nonprofit arm of this work, focused on increasing access to trauma-informed resources, education, advocacy, and support for people impacted by complex trauma.
Together, each part has a different purpose, while sharing the same goal of helping people better understand complex trauma and feel more supported.
