Update on Ketamine & EMDR
As promised, here is an update on how I’ve been doing since my Ketamine treatment 5 weeks ago. I also give an update on my virtual EMDR sessions. I think I’ve had 7 or 8 sessions by now. I’ve been going once per week and also seeing a counselor once per week for talk therapy.
